As a home insurance customer, you can manage your policy through an online account.

With an online account you can:

• Go paperless for the policies you can manage online
• Review your renewal, and if your policy number starts with 108P, accept and pay for it online
• View, download or print your documents at any time
• Add or remove additional covers including contents accidental damage, home emergency, cycling protection & legal expenses
• Update your contents away from home
• Add or remove particular items including jewellery or bicycles
